Your appointments are very important to the Artistry of Fades Studio team members. The appointment time frame is reserved especially for you; we do not double book. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation, or you will be charged the full amount for the session.
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our AOF team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
NO SHOWS: Guests who do not show up, call, or cancel, will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
LATE GUESTS: To ensure that we deliver the best possible service to our guest, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) ensures the proper time necessary for us to comfortably complete your service. We cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, and we reserve the right to decline any service to a guest who is 10 minutes or more late for their scheduled appointment.
CONFIRMATION CALLS: As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call to confirm your service prior to your appointment and you will receive an email or text message, if we have your information on file. This is a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked days or months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.
